The Operations & Marketing Manager oversees the daily business functions of the practice while developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase patient engagement, retention, and overall growth. Key Responsibilities - Dental Operations Management/HR

Oversee front office workflows, scheduling, and patient flow
Ensure accurate insurance verification, billing, and payment posting
Train, mentor, and support administrative staff
Monitor daily/weekly production, collections, and AR
Improve systems and processes for efficiency and compliance
Maintain office policies, patient communication standards, and operational excellence

Dental Marketing & Growth

Develop and manage social media content, community outreach, and branding
Coordinate promotions, referral programs, and patient education materials
Maintain practice website and digital presence
Track marketing metrics to evaluate campaign success
Build strong community relationships, partnerships, and referral pipelines

Qualifications

Prior experience in a dental office required.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, scheduling, and patient billing workflows
Experience with marketing, social media management, or practice branding
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Proficient with dental software (Dentrix, Denticon.) is a plus
