Endodontics Office Front Desk Representative/Receptionist

Long standing and successful Endodontics Practice seeks experienced, personable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a full time position, compensation will be based on prior experience.

Some of the job duties include:

-Patient Service: Greeting patients as they arrive; answering phones; scheduling patients; answering questions patients may have

-Claims Management: Verifying patient insurance coverage; uploading files to proprietary software (OpenDental), submitting claims etc

-Administrative: Making calls, follow ups, use of all office equipment, helping other departments when not busy

Qualifications:

-Required Education: High School or Equivalent

-Prior Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in dental or endodontics practice with good computer skills. Endovision experience a huge plus.

-Personal Qualities: Team player, highly organized, friendly disposition, reliable and good phone speaking skills.

-Please have references available

We desire a dental professional with administrative experience, solid understanding of dental insurance and the ability to quickly and accurately calculate patient co-payments
