About Smile Orthodontics

Smile Orthodontics operates out of 11 newly constructed, ultra-modern locations across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area and is supported by 100+ team member partners. We practice a full-team approach to patient care and utilize cutting-edge orthodontic technology, including:

Digital treatment planning
Robotically bent archwires
Custom 3D-printed aligners
Advanced clinical systems designed to support efficiency and outcomes

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Orthodontist to join us as we continue to grow.

Qualifications:

DDS/DMD with Orthodontic specialty
Active Minnesota dental license
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Additional Details

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Work Location: Multiple locations (Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area)
Experience: DDS – 4+ years (required)
