Compensation & Benefits

- Daily guarantee during ramp-up
- Transition to % of adjusted production
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance (covered)
- $1,500 annual CE allowance + 3 CE days

Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited institution
- Active NC dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
- Comfortable with a wide range of general procedures
- A team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
