Our family-oriented dental practice in Temecula, CA is searching for an enthusiastic and professional Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team.
As an RDA with us, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role that combines hands-on patient care with opportunities to expand your expertise. Whether assisting chairside during crown preps, capturing crystal-clear digital X-rays, or contributing to front desk operations, your work will make a real impact.
For this position we prefer at least 2-year experience with crown prep and the ability to take clean digital xrays. RDA License and CPR card are required.
Full-time Monday - Friday ~ 40hrs/week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with crown prep
- Ability to take clean digital X-rays
- RDA License and CPR certification are required
- Knowledge of Eaglesfoft preferred
Duties include:
- Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures.
- Perform all RDA functions.
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Ensures adherence to infection control standards, OSHA regulations, and other state/clinic policies.
- Ordering supplies and managing supply inventory
- Willingness to help in both front and back offices
- Experience with iTero and Perio protect trays is a plus
