We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist/Insurance Verifier for a full-time position, at our pediatric dental practice on Sugarloaf parkway, Lawrenceville, GA. The receptionist should work to provide exceptional customer service and always has positive attitude.
Requirements: Experience as an insurance verifier or Dental Receptionist with 2+ years experience, knowledge of various insurance; and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities: The Dental Receptionist will register new and returning patients, verify insurance, answer phone calls, make appointments, provide coverage of front desk duties.
Ideal candidate must be punctual, organized and goal oriented. Must be willing to learn and be a part of the team. Be empathetic and kind. Your resume must reflect office management experience and must list references. We use Open Dental which is an easy to operate program.
Speaking Spanish, a plus but not required.
