We are seeking a high-level Digital Dental Lab Technician to run and operate our in-house, fully digital dental lab inside a modern, multi-specialty practice.

This is a rare opportunity to work with brand new equipment, high-end materials, and full-arch cases in a clean, advanced clinical environment.

If you do not have real experience with digital workflows and full arch cases—this is not the role.

The Role

You will take ownership of our in-house digital lab operations, including design, milling, printing, and finishing of restorations.

You will work directly with the clinical team to produce same-day and high-quality restorations, from single units to full arch All-on-X cases.

What You Will Be Working With

Roland Mill
SprintRay 3D Printer
3Shape Design Software (full bundle)
Exocad (full bundle)
Brand new, fully equipped digital lab

What You Will Do

Design and fabricate digital dental restorations using 3Shape and Exocad
Produce same-day PMMA printed or milled restorations
Mill and finish zirconia restorations
Handle All-on-4 / All-on-X full arch cases
Stain, glaze, and finish PMMA and zirconia
Ensure high-level quality control on all lab work
Maintain and manage all lab equipment and workflow
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team for case execution

Non-Negotiables

Proven experience in digital dental lab work (required)
Strong experience with full arch / All-on-X cases
Proficiency in 3Shape and/or Exocad
Experience with milling (Roland or similar) and 3D printing (SprintRay or similar)
Ability to produce restorations from single units to full arch cases
Strong understanding of materials including PMMA and zirconia
Experience with finishing, staining, glazing, and characterization
Detail-oriented with high quality standards

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Porcelain layering experience
Advanced esthetic finishing and characterization
Experience in same-day dentistry workflows
