What You’ll Do

Lead the Team: Oversee daily operations, manage staff scheduling, and provide mentorship to our front desk and clinical support teams.
The Patient Journey: Ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from the first phone call to their final checkout.
Financial Mastery: Manage insurance verification, claims processing, and billing. You’ll be the point person for treatment planning and presenting financial options (like CareCredit) to patients.
Operational Excellence: Maintain office supplies, coordinate with dental labs, and ensure the practice is running at peak efficiency.
Practice Growth: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and help implement strategies to keep our Glen Cove community smiling.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced: At least 2–3 years of experience in dental office management is required.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
A "People Person": You can juggle a busy phone line and a patient in front of you with a smile and total composure.
Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of dental insurance, coding, and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
