We are looking for a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to become part of our well-established practice in Carlsbad, CA, full-time. Our Hygienists play a key role in providing preventive and therapeutic dental care to our valued patients. You’ll work alongside skilled clinicians and staff to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient.
- Hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Fridays 8am - 3pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer fluoride treatments and polish restorations while educating patients on the benefits.
- Assist in preventive care strategies to support long-term oral health.
- Review dental histories and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board guidelines.
To be qualified for this position, candidates must have the following:
- A degree or certification in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- An active Registered Dental Hygienist license meeting state requirement.
- A passion for ongoing learning and professional growth in the field of dentistry.
