Dental Designs Inc is seeking applications for the role of Experienced Dental Lab Technician at our state-of-the-art dental lab in Meridian, Idaho. We’re looking for an experienced team member to help build our local presence while leveraging the resources at our disposal. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our new facility in the Boise area, similar to managing a startup, supported by the resources of a leading laboratory. Our established business has developed strong relationships with various dentists and surgeons in the region, collaborating with their practices to provide streamlined digital workflows for All-On-X, implant, and crown and bridge cases.

Education/Qualification/Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with CAD/CAM, Full Arch and/or any removable work are highly preferred but all dental lab experience will be considered.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and adapt to changing production needs.
- Ability to work with analog processes and high paced digital technology.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Possess the knowledge to perform basic math functions, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
