Associate Dentist – Lawrenceville, GA

We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist to take over an established patient base from a departing colleague. The Practice
- High Volume: Over $2M in annual collections with 80+ new patients per month.
- Patient Mix: 80% selective PPO (negotiated above-market rates) and 20% Fee-for-Service.
- Advanced Tech: Fully equipped with CBCT, digital scanners, implant systems, and 8 operatories.
- Expert Support: Work alongside an experienced full-time associate and a seasoned support team (2 hygienists, 4 assistants).
Position Details
- Schedule: Initial part-time role (Mondays and Wednesdays, with potential for Fridays).
- Growth: Opportunity to transition to full-time in the future.
- Production: The departing associate consistently generates $45K in monthly production.
- Mentorship: The owner is available to handle complex implant or cosmetic cases as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily Rate: $900/day guarantee (negotiable) for the first 6 months.
- Commission: 30% of collections with no lab deductions.
- Structure: 1099 preferred; W2 options available.
- Equity Path: Serious partnership potential for a candidate after transitioning to full-time.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and excellent chairside manner.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred, though exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
