Practice Details
- Patient Base: A stable, established community following with a PPO and Fee-for-Service mix (no Medicaid or HMO).
- Support Team: Collaborate with a tenured staff including a hygienist and two dedicated assistants.
- Facility: A comfortable 4-operatory office with room for expansion and located in a high-traffic, professional area of Lawrenceville.
Role & Schedule
- Schedule: 4 days per week (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Flexibility: The owners are open to discussing a Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedule to fit your lifestyle.
- Focus: As the lead Dentist, you will oversee restorative cases, endodontics (anterior/premolar), and oral surgery.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earnings: 35% of collections (the office maintains a 98-100% collection rate).
- Daily Rate: An initial daily guarantee of $800 – $1,000 is available for the first 3 to 6 months to ensure financial stability during the transition.
- No Lab Fees: The practice covers 100% of lab expenses, significantly increasing your take-home pay compared to other associate roles.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Visa sponsorship available: doctors or those with strong international backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in surgical extractions including some third molars and basic endodontics is required; experience or interest in dental implants is a plus.
