Compensation & Benefits
- Collection-based pay with a $650/day minimum for the first 4 months
- Typical associate earnings: $200K–$300K+
- $2,000/year CE stipend

Who We’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Michigan dental license (or eligibility)
- Interest in advanced procedures and digital workflows
- Driven, humble, and ready to grow in a team environment
Mentorship & Ownership Path
Work alongside experienced doctors with diverse backgrounds, including regular rotations from the owner for surgical, implant, and sedation cases. When production goals are met, a path to partnership becomes available.
