Seeking an exceptional technician specializing in high-end cosmetic and full mouth rehabilitations.
Essential Skills:
- eMax crown and veneer fabrication (pressing and CAD/CAM)
- Full mouth rehabilitation cases (10+ units)
- Digital crown and bridge design (Exocad, 3Shape, or similar)
- CNC milling operation and troubleshooting
- Advanced porcelain layering and characterization for cosmetic cases
- Precise margin finishing and contact adjustment
- Complex occlusal scheme development
We need someone who:
- Specializes in cosmetic dentistry lab work, not basic AOX production
- Can execute complete FMR cases with systematic precision
- Has an eye for subtle aesthetic details and natural characterization
- Values precision over speed
- Comfortable with both digital and traditional workflows
