Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, organized people person to join our team. Our practice is an exquisite, high-quality, customer service-oriented office where you would be proud to work. We are willing to train the right, motivated candidate. The position is full time: 8:45 until 5:15, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Implement and document Systems and Processes
- Implement new projects
- Coordinate with Marketing team and department leads
- Measure and lead to KPI's AND our clearly defined mission and culture
- Build relationships with patients
- Coordinate patient's and practice's schedule
- Welcome patients to the dental office
- Present various financial options
- Coordinate treatment with other specialty offices
