QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
- Experience in dental office management is preferred
- Ability to lead and oversee daily dental practice operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Manage billing, insurance verification, coding accuracy, and claims processing.
- Monitor key financial metrics and support budgeting/reporting.
- Handle HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA) and maintain accurate patient records.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Utilize dental practice management systems and office software effectively.
- Collaborate with dentists on operational improvements and practice growth.
- Maintain equipment, manage vendor relationships, and oversee supply ordering.
- Adapt quickly, solve problems effectively, and support a positive, team-focused environment.
