Location: Glen Burnie Dental Group – Glen Burnie, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift (no weekends)

Glen Burnie Dental Group is a large, multi-provider dental practice committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a professional and welcoming environment. We see over 150 patients a day and take pride in running an efficient, patient-focused operation. Our team values accuracy, integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental role.
- Fluent in Spanish (required) – must be able to communicate clearly with patients and insurance representatives.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance billing, CDT codes, pre-determinations, and EOBs.
- Experience in Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred).
- Knowledge of Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset.
