We are a 100% Dentist-owned multi location practice (not corporate) looking for a Dental Hygienist that wants to be proud of where they work. Full time, part time, or temp!

Our company started as a solo dental practice over 25 years ago and our original hygienists still work for our company among the additional team members as we have grown.

Our dental hygienists make the highest end of the market with a robust compensation and benefits package for full time work and good benefits for part time work. They Include and are not limited to a very generous bonus structure, 401k w/match, dental, vision, and 6 paid holidays for full time. New hygienist graduates welcome! This is an in person job only.

Our Hygienist:

Hourly rate guarantee and every regular employee eligible for bonus compensation
Completely digital workflow from cloud based software, digital intra- and extraoral imaging, iTero scanner, and up to date instrumentation and equipment.
One hour scheduled per patient for recare and per quadrant of scaling

Skills

Degree in Dental Hygiene
Valid WA state Registered Dental Hygiene license
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Outstanding communication skills
A patient and friendly personality
Attention to detail
Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
