Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our client's private practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and be able to work full time. They must be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and committed to patient education and comfort. This role involves working busy but positive environment, where you will perform a variety of dental procedures while ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and maintaining accurate medical documentation.

The office is completely state of the art and they have a great staff! This is a FFS and PPO office. No capitation.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Dentrix software.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
- Implement infection control protocols in compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques for diagnostics, including X-rays and CAD systems.
- Monitor vital signs as necessary during procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.

Experience
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Experience in general dentistry is preferred; familiarity with pediatrics is a plus.
- Proficiency in medical coding and documentation practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of infection control standards and practices within a dental clinic setting.
- Familiarity with medical imaging technologies and CAD systems is desirable.
