Our state-of-the-art dental oral surgery practice in beautiful Golden is seeking an experienced, friendly, dependable, and motivated General Dental/Orthodontic Receptionist to join our exceptional team.

About the Role:
As a vital member of our front office team, you’ll be the first friendly face and welcoming voice our patients encounter. This role supports both our patients and clinical team, ensuring seamless communication, a well-managed schedule, and exceptional patient experiences from their first call to the completion of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments for optimal workflow
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage details
- Check patients in and out, ensuring a smooth front-office experience
- Present treatment plans with clarity and compassion
- Coordinate care with referring practices and internal team members
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Keep the front office clean and presentable throughout the day
- Open and close the office with care and professionalism

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental front office is mandatory
