Associate Dentist – Part-Time Location: Katy, TX
Schedule: 1 weekday per week plus alternate Saturdays (required)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time Associate Dentist who is compassionate, growth-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative team setting. This role offers the ability to practice dentistry within your comfort level, while also providing mentorship and exposure to a wide variety of cases.
You will be supported in developing your clinical skills at your own pace, with guidance available and no pressure to perform procedures you are not comfortable with.

Clinical comfort with:
- Comprehensive general dentistry
- Crown and bridge, veneers.
- Removable prosthodontics.
- Implant restorations
- AOX / full-arch prosthetic experience is a plus
- Surgical procedures based on comfort level (not required)
Experience:
- Dentist: 2 years (Required)
- Dental office experience: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Required)
- DEA Certification (Required)
- ACLS Certification (Preferred)
- Oral Conscious Sedation certification (Preferred)
- IV sedation certification (Preferred)
Mentorship & Growth
- Mentorship available with opportunity to expand clinical skills
- Exposure to interdisciplinary cases in a perio-prosthodontic setting
- Ability to grow professionally in a supportive, non-corporate environment
- Potential to add additional clinical days in the future as the practice grows
Schedule & Compensation
- Required:
- 1 weekday per week( Monday, wednesday, Friday)
- Alternate Saturdays( 1st and 3rd)
- Future opportunity: Additional days may be added over time
- Compensation:
- Potential to earn $100,000 - $200,000 per year
- Daily minimum OR percentage of production (whichever is higher)
