Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Monday-Friday
9:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an optimize schedule using block scheduling standards
Collect Payments
Answer phones
Check patients in and out
Confirmation of appointments
Collaborate with clinical teams on follow-ups
Assist with treatment planning presentation and scheduling
Review schedule; manage cancellations and rescheduling
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by manager.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office or medical administrative support role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental software systems such as Open Dental is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
