About the Role
Conroe Dental Center is seeking a skilled, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice. With an upcoming maternity leave and continued growth, this is a long-term opportunity for the right hygienist.
We are looking for someone who values patient education, quality care, and teamwork.
Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Morning huddles begin 15 minutes prior to open)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hygiene procedures and periodontal therapy
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical team
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences
Qualifications
- Active RDH license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Patient-centered approach to care
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
