We’re a privately owned, well-established practice in Tigard seeking a Full Time Associate Dentist to join us 4 days per week or mornings from Monday through Thursday. Your Clinical Role

4 days per week
Bread-and-butter general dentistry: restorative, exams, simple extractions, hygiene checks
Opportunities to grow into implants, Invisalign, and other advanced clinical areas if desired
Step into a stable, systemized practice supported by a strong operational team (Business Operations Manager + Office Manager)
Clear workflows so you can focus fully on patient care

Compensation & Support

Production-based compensation model: Associates earn 29–33% of adjusted production. Tier compensation system
Estimated starting earnings: current doctor produces on average_ monthly $180,000 to give you good idea_

Modern technology (CBCT, iTero, Trios, Overjet, DI Analytics) to enhance efficiency and case acceptance
