Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Desk Professional to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping patients understand their treatment options while guiding them through the financial and scheduling process.

Dental Front Desk Duties

Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility
Collect copays, payments, and outstanding balances
Process patient payments and provide receipts
Maintain and update patient records in the practice management system
Ensure all new patient paperwork and consent forms are completed and signed
Communicate treatment schedules and next steps clearly to patients
Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow
Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
Handle cancellations and manage the daily schedule efficiently
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
Support the team with additional office duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Dental experience strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Confident, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Self-motivated with strong initiative
Goal-oriented with a performance-driven mindse
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Team player with a willingness to support colleagues
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

Hourly $16.00 to $18.00 an hour
