Gentle Dental Care is seeking an experienced, confident, and team-oriented Dental Office Manager to join our growing practice! This is a leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care, operational excellence, and guiding a team to perform at their best.
We operate 2 locations, a 4 op practice in Durand, WI and our brand new 10 op facility in Menomonie, WI. We offer the latest technology including CEREC, 3D cone beams, and 3D printing just to name a few. This technology coupled with a great team of dedicated dental professionals is what sets us apart.

LEADERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support front desk team members in a positive, motivating manner
- Maintain efficient, organized business office systems and protocols
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and phone management
- Ensure accuracy with treatment plans, insurance, and financials
- Manage collections, billing, and bank deposits
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5–10 years of dental office experience (required)
- Member of the AADOM strongly preferred
- Open Dental experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and benefits
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
- Scheduling, charting, and account collection experience
