What You’ll Do
- Oversee all daily office operations — ensuring efficiency, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff
- Manage scheduling for providers, hygienists, and the clinical team to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff — promoting teamwork, accountability, and growth
- Oversee billing, insurance verification, claims processing, collections and all aspects of revenue cycle management (RCM), ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Monitor financial performance, including production, collections, and A/R metrics, to support practice goals
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
- Develop and implement office policies, systems, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and patient care
- Lead daily morning huddles and team meetings, fostering communication and alignment
- Handle patient feedback or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate closely with the doctor to ensure seamless clinical and administrative operations
Who You Are

- Highly organized and proactive, with strong multitasking skills
- Experienced in dental office management, insurance, and billing
- Skilled at financial reporting, scheduling, and team supervision
- Knowledgeable in HIPAA, OSHA, and labor law compliance
- A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with Open Dental and Adit (VoIP system) or similar dental software
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about creating a five-star patient experience
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of dental office experience, including 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role
- Proven expertise in insurance verification, billing, and revenue cycle management (RCM)
- HR experience in hiring, performance reviews, and team development
- Strong understanding of dental operations and financial systems
- No degree required — experience and leadership skills matter most!

- Monday–Thursday: 8am–3pm
- Friday: 8am–12pm
