About the Role
Broadway Dental is seeking an experienced and efficient Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who thrives in a fast-paced, productive environment and enjoys delivering exceptional patient care.
Our hygiene team is supported by a dedicated hygiene assistant who handles X-rays and room setup, allowing you to focus on patient care and efficiency.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
- Conduct oral health assessments and document clinical findings
- Deliver patient education and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors and team to support patient care and case acceptance
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Texas RDH license
- Ability to manage a 2-column schedule efficiently (assisted)
- Strong clinical and time management skills
- Confident in patient communication and education
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
