Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join our vibrant dental team. The Clinical Treatment Coordinator works within the clinical team to ensure smooth coordination of patient care and treatment delivery. This role focuses on supporting the dentist and clinical staff by organizing treatment flow, educating patients about procedures, coordinating clinical time, and helping ensure that treatment plans are completed efficiently. The Clinical Treatment Coordinator helps bridge communication between the dentist, assistants, hygienists, and patients during the clinical care process.

Duties

Coordinate and manage clinical treatment flow to ensure efficient use of clinical time.
Provide patients with clear education regarding procedures, treatment timelines, and post-treatment care.
Ensure treatment rooms are prepared according to scheduled procedures and clinical needs.
Assist with organizing multi-visit treatment plans and coordinating clinical scheduling with the team.
Monitor patient progression through treatment and help ensure recommended care is completed.
Communicate with dental assistants and hygienists to maintain efficient patient transitions between procedures.
Prepare necessary clinical documentation related to treatment planning and procedures.
Assist with case presentation in the operatory when needed.
Support infection control protocols and maintain clinical standards within treatment areas.
Follow up with patients regarding ongoing or scheduled treatments as directed by the clinical team.
Schedule appointments and support front-office tasks when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental assistant role.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, and dental records management.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for medical administrative support.
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with patients, providers, insurance companies, and vendors.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $58,240.00 per year
