Overview:

Full Time Periodontist in Tampa, FL
3-4 days per week, Monday-Thursday
8:00am-5:00pm
Daily guarantee or percentage (whichever is greater)

Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients who require all manners of periodontal treatment

Qualifications:

DMD or DDS Degree
State License
