Now Hiring: Experienced Removable Dental Lab Manager
Custom Smiles Dental Laboratory is a growing, privately owned dental lab seeking a highly experienced Removable Department Manager to lead our dentures and partials team in Kingsport, Tennessee.
This is an ideal role for a senior-level dental technician or lab manager with strong leadership skills and advanced removable experience who wants to take ownership of a Tennessee laboratory and help scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Tennessee removable (dentures & partials) division
- Oversee case workflow, production timelines, and quality control
- Perform and guide advanced removable techniques, including tooth setting and case design
- Train, mentor, and develop entry-level and experienced technicians
- Improve efficiency, processes, and team performance
- Partner with leadership to grow our Tennessee footprint
Qualifications
- 5+ years dental lab experience in removable prosthetics (required)
- 2+ years in a leadership or management role (preferred)
- Expert in dentures, partials, and tooth setup
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience training and developing team members
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, Teams)
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70,000 – $100,000+ (based on experience)
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
