We are looking for an experienced dentist who is comfortable with all general dentistry in our office in Riverpark for THURSDAY ONLY. We have been established for over 30 years.
Pay: As compensation for all services rendered by Dentist, Company will pay Dentist an amount equal to the greater of:
- (i) 30% of the amount produced for the prior two weeks based on the payroll cycle by Company while Dentist is actively employed and which results from dental treatment performed by Dentist at the Office less lab fees and patients refunds (“Earnings”); OR
- (ii) A guaranteed minimum daily rate, paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule.
Additional Incentives
- Sign-On Bonus: Significant bonuses available (often several thousand dollars), based on start date and schedule.
- Continuing Education: Access to CE units through Clove Dental University for approved CE courses.
- Malpractice Support: Beginning in Year 3, the Company will provide a $1,000 annual stipend toward malpractice insurance (at Company discretion).
Ownership Track
High-performing dentists may be invited to join our Ownership Track, which offers:
- Up to 32% of production based on performance tiers
- Eligibility regardless of days worked (2–5 days/week)
- Opportunity to buy into future Clove Dental offices and earn quarterly profit distributions

Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Valid California dental license
- Comfortable with most general dentistry procedures
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
