Don't Take Our Word For It....
Real Google Review-
"Very pleasant office staff and extraordinary dentists and technical assistants. Highly recommend."
"The staff is so friendly and as someone who fears the dentist, they really put me at ease."
"Everyone at Bowman Dental is amazing! They make you feel like you're at home the moment you walk through the doors."
98% of our patients recommend us. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because of the people on our team — and we are very intentional about who those people are.
This Role Is Not For Everyone
We're a private, state-of-the-art general dentistry practice in Walpole, NH. Dentistry is our craft — but caring for people is our calling. Every patient who walks through our door is someone's parent, neighbor, or friend. We never lose sight of that.
We build our team with intention. We're selective — not because we're difficult, but because the right fit matters deeply to us and to every patient we serve. We're looking for one specific kind of person: someone who shows up not just to do a job, but to genuinely make a great day with their coworkers and patients.
If you're that person, we'll teach you everything else you need to know.
You Might Be Exactly Who We're Looking For If...

- You care about your community and want your job to reflect that
- You have a natural warmth that puts nervous people at ease
- You're the kind of person teammates rely on — not because they have to, but because they want to
- You take pride in doing things right, even when no one is watching
- You're ready to commit to somewhere and grow — not just pass through
Perhaps Your Background Looks Like ...
- A work history that indicates you show up and follow through — that's what we look for first
- Experience working with people — in care, service, or community settings
- The ability to stay organized and anticipate what's needed in a fast-moving environment
- Dental experience is welcomed; it is not required — we will train the right person
- Previous experience a plus, not a must
- High school diploma or equivalent
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Working chairside with our doctors, making patients feel in good hands
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready and sterile
