What you’ll do

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
Schedule appointments efficiently using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as TDO
Verify insurance information and handle medical billing inquiries with precision
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Process medical collections and assist with documentation review to support care plans
Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient questions and concerns
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the clinic
Utilize dental terminology effectively to assist in patient intake and scheduling
Treatment planning and coordination

Basic qualifications

Experience in a medical or dental office setting, showcasing your administrative skills

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Treatment planning
Proficiency in using TDO dental software is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Attention to detail for accurate documentation review and filing processes.
Basic computer skills with familiarity in office software applications.
