Your Role as a Treatment Coordinator

You will be responsible for guiding patients through treatment decisions with clarity, confidence, and empathy by:

Presenting treatment plans and financial options in a clear, patient-friendly manner
Verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage, estimates, and out-of-pocket costs
Managing pre-authorizations and following up on pending treatment
Scheduling treatment to support provider productivity and case acceptance
Coordinating closely with dentists, assistants, and front desk teams
Collecting payments and supporting billing-related workflows
Maintaining accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
Building trust-based relationships that drive treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Dental office experience required
Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred
Dental coding and insurance knowledge preferred
Strong background in treatment planning, case presentation, and patient communication
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Confident, professional presence with patients
Experience with Denticon or similar dental software preferred
A positive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience
