About the Position
SPP Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Practice Success Associate to join our expanding team. This is a remote, Monday-Friday Position. Occasional travel may be required.
Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the incumbent’s responsibilities will include:
- On-boarding new dental practices joining our Dental Partnership Group
- Consolidating data from partner practices’ Practice Management Software (PMS), financial reporting platforms, and Human Resources/Payroll Systems
- Analyzing and diagnosing areas of operational success and areas where workflows can be optimized
- Working with partner practices to improve operational inefficiencies through proven methods
- Coordinating relationships between SPP partner practices and SPP’s service teams
- Aiding SPP partner practice team member recruiting
- Reporting SPP partner practices’ satisfaction in the partnership to SPP’s Management Team

Position Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position is an individual with experience as a Dental Practice Office Manager or a Dental Practice Coach, with a demonstrated track record of improving dental practice operational efficiencies. Candidates located in the Greater Salt Lake City, UT or Greater San Diego, CA areas are preferred.
Specific qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate by phone, video call, and in person with dental practice owners and their teams
- Previous work with dental Practice Management Software (PMS) is required (Experience with CareStack, Dentrix, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft is a plus!)
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite / Google Drive, PMS, and QuickBooks Online
- Pride in customer service (a must!)
- Reliable; self- and team-oriented to accomplish goals
- The ability to problem-solve and critically think
- High school graduate or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
