Build someone's smile! OrthoSelect makes Indirect Bonding Trays— the medical device orthodontists worldwide use to place braces faster, more accurately, and with shorter treatment times for their patients. Behind every tray is an accurately managed library of brackets, and that's where our Bracket Inventory Team comes in.
You'll join our Bracket Inventory Team as a Bracket Inventory Specialist — the person who keeps each orthodontic practice's bracket inventory accurate, organized, and ready to use. It's part organization, part precision, part detective work. Your accuracy makes sure the right bracket ends up in the right case, every time.
What you'll actually do
You'll spend your day in our bracket library, where organization and attention to detail are essential. You'll be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of orthodontic brackets for the practices we serve. You'll:
- Accurately fill prescription orders using the correct orthodontic practice's bracket inventory.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments of brackets from orthodontic offices.
- File brackets into the appropriate practice-specific bins and maintain a clean, organized storage system.
- Manage inventory for multiple orthodontic practices, keeping each office's inventory separate and accurate.
- Perform routine inventory audits and recounts to verify accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or missing items.
- Communicate with orthodontic offices via email regarding their bracket inventory, shipments, and order questions.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all inventory is accurately tracked.
- Support a smooth workflow by keeping the bracket library organized and efficient.
Be honest with yourself — is this you?
We'll level with you. This is genuinely focused work. You'll put on a podcast, an audiobook, or your favorite playlist, and you'll spend your day organizing, counting, filing, and double-checking. It's hands-on work with small objects, so strong hand-eye coordination and comfort handling tiny parts matter — the kind of work where precision counts and small details make the difference.
You'll thrive here if you:
- Love organizing and inventory work — sorting, labeling, keeping systems tidy and accurate.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in accuracy.
- Can work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
- Prefer a quiet, focused environment over a loud, social one.
- Want to leave work at work — no after-hours emails, no on-call rotations, no take-home stress.
- Like steady, dependable work where you know what's expected each day.
It might not be the right fit if you:
- Need constant task variety or new responsibilities every hour.
- Aren't comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy work that requires sustained focus and handling small objects by hand.
- Prefer roles where most of your day is meetings, calls, or client-facing time.
