About the Role

This hands-on position is perfect for candidates with experience in orthodontic or dental laboratory settings, medical appliance fabrication, or precision manufacturing. You will use specialized tools and your mechanical aptitude to bend, shape, and assemble wire components with exacting accuracy, ensuring every appliance meets clinical standards and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret doctor prescriptions and detailed specifications to guide fabrication steps
Use specialized hand tools to bend and contour wires precisely according to dental models
Maintain strict tolerances and consistent quality throughout production
Accurately secure wire components onto molds, ensuring structural integrity and alignment
Collaborate with team members to support smooth production flow and timely order completion
Inspect finished appliances before Quality Control review, making adjustments as needed
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for efficient workflow
Engage in ongoing skill development to advance your technical expertise

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in dental laboratories, medical appliance fabrication, or precision manufacturing preferred
Exceptional manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
Comfort working with small components and fine hand tools
Reliable, consistent, and committed to producing high-quality work
Mechanical aptitude with a passion for craftsmanship and precision
