We are building a partnership, not simply filling a position. We are seeking an experienced and driven Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume dental environment. The ideal Office Manager is a self-starter with a strong desire to lead, learn, and grow while managing a large and diverse team.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting providers, and ensuring the office consistently delivers outstanding care to patients.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT

Team Leadership & Management

As the Office Manager, you will own team culture, morale, and performance
The Office Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining staff
Lead performance management, coaching, and professional development as the Office Manager
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support patient flow and provider productivity
The Office Manager sets expectations, enforces accountability, and leads by example

Customer, Patient & Provider Support

The Office Manager serves as the primary operational support for dentists and clinical teams
Ensure dentists feel supported so they can deliver excellent clinical care
The Office Manager champions exceptional patient experiences and service standards
Address patient and team concerns promptly and professionally as the Office Manager

Operational & Financial Performance (P&L Responsibility)

The Office Manager is accountable for the financial and operational performance of the office
Drive same-location growth year-over-year in the Office Manager role
Monitor KPIs, production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and expense control
Partner with leadership to implement operational improvements as an Office Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager (required)
Proven leadership experience in a high-volume dental or healthcare setting
Strong organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills
Financial acumen with experience managing office KPIs and performance metrics
Detail-oriented with a strong “will-to-win” mindset expected of an Office Manager
