Established group practice in Springfield is seeking a full-time Associate to join our team, with part-time options available for the right candidate.
We operate as a 100% fee-for-service practice, in addition to Delta Premier, and offer a strong, well-established fee schedule.
Each patient receives comprehensive treatment planning, supported by consistently high case acceptance rates.
Our Associates have a proven track record of success, with historical earnings exceeding $250,000 on a four-day workweek.
The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including CBCT and CEREC, and fosters a collaborative environment among experienced doctors while respecting individual autonomy.
You’ll be supported by an exceptional clinical team of hygienists and assistants, with minimal turnover and a strong, stable culture.
We take pride in our organized, professionally managed practice, as well as our beautifully designed office featuring spacious operatories and high-end finishes.
Our environment is intentionally crafted to deliver a refined, spa-like patient experience.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience outside of a training program.
