Just Smiles (Dr. Joy Harr) is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a private, owner operated one doctor practice with a long term staff. Work life balance is great with office hours Monday through Thursday, no late nights!

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients.
Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Valid WV state dental hygiene license
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health, and disease prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
