Saddle Peak Dental is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. You will be stepping into a position previously held by a hygienist who was deeply loved by our patients and team, so we are looking for someone truly special to fill her shoes.
We are seeking a hygienist who is gentle, experienced, kind, curious, and passionate about health. Our practice goes far beyond traditional hygiene—we focus on biological and root-cause dentistry, helping patients improve their overall health through airway awareness, breathing, nutrition, and oral-systemic connections.

What Makes Our Practice Unique
At Saddle Peak Dental we practice biological, airway-focused dentistry and use advanced technology to provide the highest level of care.
Our hygiene department is equipped with:
- Ozone therapy
- Fotona laser technology
- Airway and breathing assessments
- Advanced periodontal and biological hygiene protocols
You will receive full training in our biological hygiene protocols, so prior experience in this area is not required.
Growth Opportunities

Opportunities include:
- Training in Myofunctional Therapy (paid for by our practice if you are interested)
- In-office mentorship and airway education
- In-person training in Bozeman this July with @thetonguetherapist
Hygienists who take on myofunctional therapy patients earn an additional $1,000 per case.
Schedule
Our office is open Monday through Thursday, creating a great work-life balance.
For hygienists interested in additional income, myofunctional therapy patients can also be seen on Fridays.

Requirements
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Experience preferred but not required
- Passion for patient care and wellness

Bozeman, Montana – one of the most beautiful places in the country, surrounded by mountains, skiing, hiking, and incredible outdoor recreation.
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
