LEE FAMILY DENTAL, a team-oriented, family-owned, fast-paced, fun, growing, established dental practice seeks an experienced dental assistant to join our team to help us provide excellent dental care to our patients. Our office is a state of the art facility utilizing the latest technology and equipment.

Essential Duties:

Assist the doctor in all phases of dentistry including endodontic and oral surgery procedures
Set-up and sterilization of treatment rooms and instrument
Must demonstrate proficiency with digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, electronic charting
Provide excellent customer service to and address the needs of our patients
Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail
Maintain accurate patient records
Educate patients on treatment recommendations and available options, ultimately helping them complete the treatment they desire
Adherence to HIPPA standards at all times
Other duties assigned as needed to provide excellent patient care

Requirements/Qualifications:

TEAM PLAYER
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2 years of experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
EagleSoft dental software experience a plus
Experience based pay scale
