Dental Operations Regional Manager:

We're expanding and need a proven Dental Operations Regional Manager who can step in, take ownership of multiple locations, and elevate performance immediately. If you know how to walk into an office, assess fast, and turn potential into revenue, we want to meet you!

What we are seeking:

Take full ownership of multi site dental operations
Drive consistent growth in revenue, collections, and case acceptance
Develop strong office leaders and create accountable, results driven teams
Standardize systems while adapting to each office's needs
Partner closely with Doctors to align clinical and business success
Proven track record of improving underperforming offices
Leadership style that is direct, fair, and performance-focused
Direct influence on growth and scalability
High energy, urgency, and the ability to execute without hand holding
