We are a friendly, patient-centered dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with patients and working in a supportive, low-stress environment, we’d love to meet you! We are a general dental office offering a wide range of procedures and technologies. Office has CBCT, mill to make crowns in house, Open Dental PMS, and multiple intraoral scanners.

- Office Hours are 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Mon-Wed and 8:00 AM-2:30PM Thurs. (Morning Huddles start at 7:40 AM)
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, SRP, and adjunct procedures (SDF, Sealants, Curodont, Varnishes)
- Take digital radiographs
- Conduct oral health assessments and charting
- Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene
- Assist in co-diagnosis and treatment planning with the doctor
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Dedication to education and improvement
Qualifications
- Active Maryland Dental Hygiene license
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical care
- Not required but encouraged: Local Anesthetic Certification and Nitrous Monitoring Certification
- New Grads encouraged to apply
