Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take digital x-rays and perform digital scanning with iTero.
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
- Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
- Taking photos for Invisalign and placing attachments
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification
- X-ray certification (as required by state regulations)
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge in implant and Invisalign is a plus
- Knowledge about 3D printing and 3D mesh programs is also a plus
- We can train you on Invisalign, Implant surgeries, and 3D printing and as your skills sets improve, the compensation will grow to match your ability.
