I built this practice in 2003 and have been here every single day since. I am not a DSO, not a chain, not an absentee owner. I am a founder-dentist who is on-site and clinically present every working day — and I am looking for one person to join me, not to fill a slot, but to build something with me.

The chair is full from day one. Radiant Smile sees 500+ patients per month on a PPO and fee-for-service model exclusively — no HMO, no Medicaid. Your schedule will be productive immediately, with no ramp-up period and no empty chairs. This is not a projection. This is what our patient base actually delivers.

The earnings are real. At 33% of collections with a $1,000/day minimum guarantee, an associate working 2–4 days per week at this practice has realistically earned $150,000–$250,000+ annually. You are not betting on yourself in an empty office — you are walking into 22 years of built patient loyalty.

The culture is proven by the people who stayed. Both dental assistants: 10 years each. Both front desk coordinators: 15 years each. The owner: founded this practice in 2003, present every year since.
