Hiring an experienced Dental Practice / Dental Office Manager to GROW production - GP and All-on-X. Must be highly organized, comfortable on the phone and in person. $86,000 base + $1,000 monthly bonus + EOY bonus.

MUST be currently a Dental Practice Manager at a highly productive office and +7 years of experience. Candidates need to demonstrate an ability to work with dental billing, coding, scheduling and more in a fast-paced result-oriented environment to significantly grow the collections of the office and see meaningful growth in their own pay. We are looking for a Dental Office Manager who's a hunter, a leader, a problem solver and an independent OM . We will provide all the resources needed to make sure you are successful.

$86,000 base + bonuses to surpass $100,000.

Responsibilities:

Direct P&L responsibility: You do well when the office does well
Direct Staff responsibility: Hire, train, retain and evaluate staff. Ensure engagement and effective performance
Grow our Implants & Full Arch Program from Lead --> Treatment Completion
Grow our GP production and ensure the team and you are promptly and efficiently handling all inbound & outbound calls
Present and close treatment, including with financing
Lead daily huddles to review schedules, set daily goals, and address any concerns
Manage patient scheduling and work closely with Billing Department on Receivables
Make sure 'No Patient is Left Behind'

Requirements:

+7 (ideally +10) years of Dental Office Manager experience
A hunter who's looking to grow office collections and their own take home pay
Confident and convincing
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Highly comfortable on the phone and 1:1 in person

Location: Raritan, NJ Metropolitan area.
