In this role, you’ll serve as a warm and knowledgeable guide for our patients, supporting them through their treatment journey with clarity and compassion. You’ll meet with patients one-on-one to review treatment plans, answer questions, and provide thoughtful guidance around scheduling and financial options — all while creating an atmosphere of trust and calm.
This is more than a front office role — it’s a relationship role. We’re seeking someone who can connect with people, explain complex information in a reassuring way, and gently support treatment acceptance in a way that feels aligned with our values of integrity, warmth, and high-quality care.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and serve as their consistent point of contact throughout the treatment process
- Review and present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Offer support and clarity around financial options, insurance, and scheduling
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and genuine care
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
*Answer phones and return messages to patients and coordinating practice's in a professional manner.
*Warmly greets patients as they arrive and checks them in.
*Tracks, organizes, and follows up with prospective patients.
*Collects all personal and dental information from patients and referring offices.
*Screens each new patient to schedule accordingly.
*Ensures registration and health history forms are completed and submitted.
*Enters all referral and patient information and data into Dentrix.
*Sends treatment updates, welcome letters, and thank-you notes to patients and referring office.
*Schedules follow-up appointments.
*Import x-rays, data files and patient information in an organized fashion.
Experience with Dentrix or Dexis software is a PLUS!
We are a fee-for-service specialty dental practice and pride ourselves on providing high-quality care for our patients and referring offices, with an emphasis on excellent customer service, always aiming to create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for our patients.
This position requires experience in the dental field, with preference to those with experience in specialty practices.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR SATISFACTORY JOB PERFORMANCE
Min 3-5 years experience in customer service, preferably in the dental field, with a preference for Dental or Medical front office.
Familiar or Fluent in dental terminology and procedures
CPR certification or willingness to certify
Basic/advanced computer skills, including use of email and email attachments (PDF, JPEG, DOC, XLS)
Experience with Dentrix patient management software preferred
Comfortable with the use of technology

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
