About the Opportunity
Dignity Dental Network is recruiting a part-time associate dentist to provide care at specified PACE facilities in Hiawatha, Bettendorf, Des Moines, and Waterloo, Iowa.
We are seeking a dentist with strong surgical and prosthodontic skills who is looking for a unique, high-productivity opportunity serving geriatric and special care populations in a supported, efficient care model.
This position is ideal for a dentist who wants meaningful clinical work without the burden of building infrastructure from scratch. All operational systems are already in place, and the right associate will also have the opportunity to explore future franchise ownership through Dignity Dental Network.

Ideal Candidate
- DDS or DMD
- Active Iowa dental license or ability to obtain licensure
- Strong skills in surgical dentistry and prosthodontic treatment

- Interested in a long-term growth path, including possible ownership/franchise development
